What Information We Collect
We collect only what we need to serve you:
Your details. Your name, phone number, email address, and home address, including flat number, landmark and pincode.
Your location. If you pick your address on the map, we save the map location so our technician can find your home and we can work out the visiting charge.
Your bookings and orders. The services you book, the products you order, dates, messages you write to us, and coupon codes you use.
Your login. We log you in with your email address and a one-time password (OTP). We do not ask you to make or remember a password.
Your reviews. Any review or rating you write on our website.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to confirm and complete your bookings and orders, to send our technician or delivery to your address, to call or email you about your booking, to send your login OTP, to work out visiting charges, to keep your order and booking history in your profile, and to improve our website and services.
Payments
We do not collect or store your card details, bank details, UPI PIN or passwords. When you pay by UPI, the money goes directly to our business bank account through your own UPI app. We only note whether a payment was received.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
We share only what is needed with our own technicians and delivery staff so they can reach you. We also use trusted services to run our website, such as Google Maps for addresses and locations, and an email service to send your OTP and booking updates. These services get only the information they need to do their work.
We may also share information if the law or a government authority asks us to.
Cookies
Our website uses small files called cookies to keep you logged in and to make the website work properly. You can turn off cookies in your browser, but some parts of the website, like login and booking, may not work.
How We Keep Your Information Safe
We use secure connections (HTTPS), protected servers and limited staff access to keep your information safe. No website can be 100% safe, but we take care to protect your data. Please keep your email account safe too, because your login OTP is sent there.
How Long We Keep It
We keep your information as long as it is needed to give you our services, to keep your order and booking history, and to follow the law. After that, we remove it or make it anonymous.
Your Choices
You can see and update your details in your profile on our website. You can also ask us to correct or delete your information, or to close your account. Please use our Contact page to reach us. We may need to keep some records if the law requires it.
Children
Our website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

Our website may have links to other websites, such as our social media pages. We are not responsible for how those websites use your information. Please read their policies.
